CM-YUVA eligibility criteria

Age 21–40 years, and a permanent resident of Uttar Pradesh.
Minimum 8th-pass education (a training certificate or degree/diploma strengthens some categories).
Not already a beneficiary of another interest-subsidy loan scheme for the same business.
A business idea outside the scheme's negative list (e.g. liquor, tobacco).
