ClaimDesk is a private consultancy that helps exporters and MSMEs identify, apply for, and claim central and Uttar Pradesh state government subsidy and incentive schemes. ClaimDesk is an independent service provider — we are not a government body, and we are not affiliated with any government department, ministry, or scheme-administering authority.

2. Our Services

Our services may include, depending on what you engage us for: assessing your eligibility for a scheme, preparing and organising documentation, filing applications and claims on your behalf or guiding you through filing them yourself, and following up with the relevant department until a claim is resolved. The exact scope of work for any engagement is what we agree with you directly, over WhatsApp, phone, email, or the contact form on this site.

3. No Guarantee of Approval

All subsidy, loan, and incentive schemes referenced on this website are administered and approved by the relevant central or Uttar Pradesh state government department — not by ClaimDesk. We help you put together the strongest possible application and follow it through, but we cannot and do not guarantee that any application, claim, or loan will be approved, or that it will be approved for a particular amount or within a particular timeframe. Approval, rejection, and disbursal timelines are entirely at the discretion of the government department, bank, or authority concerned.

4. Accuracy of Information Believed Correct

Scheme names, eligibility criteria, subsidy rates, caps, and application processes described on this website are based on the most recent official information available to us at the time of writing, and are provided for general guidance. Government schemes and policies are revised from time to time. Where a page carries a "Please verify" note or similar caveat, treat the figure as indicative rather than guaranteed, and confirm current terms with us or the official portal before making a decision based on it.

5. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information about your business when engaging our services — incorrect information can lead to a claim being delayed or rejected.
• Provide documents and respond to requests for information in a timely manner, since most schemes work to fixed filing windows.
• Ensure your own business complies with the legal, tax, and regulatory requirements applicable to it — ClaimDesk assists with scheme-specific filings, not general legal or tax compliance.

6. Fees

Where ClaimDesk charges a fee for professional assistance, that fee is for our service and is separate from, and in addition to, any government scheme, application, or processing fee that may apply. Our fee is not a government charge and does not guarantee a particular outcome. Fees, where applicable, are agreed with you directly before work begins.

7. Communication

By contacting us via WhatsApp, phone, email, or the contact form on this website, you consent to us communicating with you through that same channel regarding your enquiry or engagement. WhatsApp messages are subject to WhatsApp's own terms of service and privacy practices, which we do not control.
