Export Incentive & Subsidy Claim Assistance

UP exporters have more than one incentive available at the same time, because they come from different sources and don't overlap: the state's own Export Promotion Policy, the central government's RoDTEP, and — if your product qualifies — ODOP's international trade-fair tier.

UP Export Promotion Policy

Recurring, annual claims — once the paperwork habit is in place, the money keeps coming every year:

• Marketing Development Assistance (MDA): up to 75% of spend on foreign fairs, travel, samples, and certification, subject to an annual cap
• Freight subsidy: support on export container freight, plus a special provision for high-value air freight
• E-commerce export: reimbursement of platform expenses
• Quality certification: support for international certification costs

RoDTEP

A separate central government scheme — remission of embedded duties and taxes on your exported goods, computed automatically against your shipping bill and credited as duty credit scrips. You can claim this alongside UP's state incentives, not instead of them.

ODOP's Export Tier

If your product is your district's identified ODOP product, its Marketing Development Assistance covers international fair stall charges up to ₹2 lakh — the top tier of ODOP's own marketing component.
