UP GCC Policy 2024 — Incentive Assistance

Employment-linked incentives, lease rental support, and stamp duty exemption for Global Capability Centres of Fortune 500 parent companies — we help you confirm eligibility and file under the Implementation Rules.

The UP GCC Policy, 2024 targets Global Capability Centres — offshore centres performing technology, R&D, analytics, finance, or shared-services functions — of Fortune Global 500 or Fortune India 500 parent companies. Implementation Rules 2025 have been notified, and claims are processed under them.

Eligibility bar

Your parent company needs to be listed in the Global Fortune 500 or Fortune India 500, employing a minimum of 1,000 personnel. Whether this threshold applies to the parent or specifically the GCC is worth confirming against the current Implementation Rules before you assume you qualify.

Key incentives

  • Employment-linked incentives tied to jobs created at the GCC
  • Lease rental support — this policy is built for leased office operations, not owned land
  • Capital and operational support
  • Stamp duty exemption
  • Skill development reimbursement

The UP Private Business Park Development Scheme is creating Grade-A office supply specifically for GCC tenants. You can lease space there and separately claim GCC Policy incentives — the two aren't mutually exclusive.

How we help

  • Confirming your parent company and employment numbers meet the eligibility bar
  • Structuring your application under the current Implementation Rules
  • Coordinating your office space search (including Private Business Park tenancy) with your incentive application

Message us your parent company and planned headcount, and we'll tell you — free of charge — whether you qualify and what the next step looks like.
